WELCOME TO DUNE ALLEN

Old Florida beach town teeming with adventure

People are drawn to Dune Allen for its white sandy beaches, sparkling emerald waters, and mild subtropical climate. It is located at the westernmost end of 30A and at the start of the 30A communities.

Dune Allen is a beautiful area and a perfect place to enjoy outdoor activities. Several public beach access points along 30A will get you to the sand and surf. Outdoor enthusiasts love this area. It has rare coastal dune lakes, only found in a few parts of the world. There is also a state park with striking dunes and untouched beaches. The Santa Rosa Golf Course is nearby, along with multiple high-ranking golf courses a few miles west in Sandestin.

The magnificent beaches, fun-filled parks, and golfing opportunities make Dune Allen a special place, but the way of life makes it even more remarkable. The town is not saturated with houses or resorts compared to other communities. In many areas, houses are spread out, and plenty of open spaces are left for you to call home. Another point that sets it apart is that Dune Allen does not have a lot of cookie-cutter homes. It has a wonderful mix of condominiums, older cottage-style homes, vintage bungalows, and large modern builds.

Many of the older homes are in the western section of Dune Allen. In the southwest, you will find waterfront homes along Stallworth Lake. In the northeast, there are some non-rental communities, and the southeast has fantastic homes along the fairway. To the south are the luxurious beachfront homes facing the Gulf. No matter the direction, you will find a home in Dune Allen that fits your needs.
