Her husband, Scotty, serves as Global Real Estate Advisor, Brenda Anderson, Global Real Estate Advisor, Larry Restieri, Global Real Estate Advisor, and Gina Crisafi, Global Real Estate Advisor. Her negotiating skills are evident in her ability to obtain list-to-sale-price nearly 100% of the time. Her background in interior design and staging helps present her listings with a sophisticated and highly desirable level of marketability.Allison was selected to present on the COMPASS, Ponte Vedra, Florida panel on 30A and statewide panel addressing negotiation tactics for the changing market third quarter 2023. Allison participated in June as a panelist for the REALM Global Expert Panel on Borderless Migration patterns in Real Estate in 2023. She was selected by Sotheby's International Realty to speak in a Master Class on how she's developed her success ratio and annual sales volume in 2022. She was nominated by her peers to serve on Scenic Sotheby's International Realty's Leadership Council in 2021.
