Meet Allison Richards

Allison became a top-producing agent on 30A by committing herself and her team to an unprecedented work ethic and unparalleled commitment to white glove service. Allison Richards leads The Richards Group as the Principal, composed of four agents with Compass 30A. Her husband, Scotty, serves as Global Real Estate Advisor, Brenda Anderson, Global Real Estate Advisor, Larry Restieri, Global Real Estate Advisor, and Gina Crisafi, Global Real Estate Advisor. Allison works frequently with out-of-state sellers and buyers wishing to sell or seeking vacation homes or investment properties on 30A, Miramar Beach, Inlet Beach, and Destin.
