WELCOME TO SEAGROVE
Premier beach town with room to grow
Seagrove was founded in the 1940s and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the area. It is nestled between Seaside and WaterSound and is part of the exclusive 30A beach town community.
Oak and magnolia trees blanket the area. Some sections have lush vegetation and tree canopies lining dirt roads, making you feel like you are journeying to a remote location. In reality, the roads lead to some gorgeous homes in town, not far from civilization. There are many stunning homes in the community, with a majority having generous lot sizes and paved roads. However, many of the streets, paved or not, are narrow. That is why locals ride a bicycle or drive a golf cart around town instead of a car.
The main star of Seagrove is the beach. The soft white sand stays cool under your feet, and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf are so inviting. The scenery never gets old. Some love it so much that they decide to stay and make it their home. Lucky for them, Seagrove has a lot of different sizes and styles of homes. There are low-rise condominiums and townhomes, colorful beach bungalows, and cute cottages with white picket fences. There are private, gated communities and grand, stylish houses. Some are on Eastern Lake, while others are perched along the beautiful Gulf. Whatever it is you are looking for, you will find it here.
People who move to this community soon find out that while the beach is spectacular, there is more than that to love in Seagrove. The eastern side has two coastal dune lakes, where locals gather to fish, kayak, and play in the shallow water. There are also residential areas and long stretches of stunning undeveloped shoreline. On the western side, you will find most of the restaurants and stores, many of which are unique and locally owned. There is also a slew of public access points leading to the shore, so you can always find a convenient way to get to the Gulf.
