Allison Richards

Allison Richards leads The Richards Group with Compass Real Estate. Allison works frequently with out-of-state owners and buyers seeking or wishing to sell or purchase vacation homes, primary residences, or investment properties on 30A. Allison’s additional team members include: Scotty Lisenbe, Brenda Anderson, Gina Crisafi and Larry Restieri , Global Real Estate Advisor; and Stephanie Glover, Transaction Coordinator.

After a varied career in corporate banking, manufacturing, and human resources, she began a real estate career, following the advice of a female entrepreneur she worked for who thought her personality would be a great fit for the industry. In 2008, Allison relocated to the Panhandle. It was a full-circle moment for Allison, who had recently sold a Destin family a home outside of Wellington, Florida. She craved what the family described as the “quieter small town,” that has, she admitted, since grown to be a busy and dynamic community of 30A.

Allison prides herself on responsiveness to inquiries and the ability to negotiate as a single agent and transaction broker, accomplishing the best terms for both sellers and buyers. She has a strong background and skill set for listing luxury properties in 30A, Miramar Beach, and Destin. Her negotiating skills are evident in her ability to obtain list-to-sale-price nearly 100% of the time. Her background in interior design and staging helps present her listings with a level of sophistication and a highly desirable level of marketability.

Allison became a top producing agent on 30A by committing herself and her team to an unprecedented work ethic and unparallel commitment to white glove service.

The Richards Group has executed over $266 million in real estate sales from 2020 to date making her the brokerage’s top-producing agent by sales volume and top-producing agent by clients served in 2021. She is the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career: The 2017 and 2020 “Entrepreneur of the Year” awards from the Women’s Council of Realtors®; “Shortest Days on Market” and “Highest Average List-To-Sales Price” awards from her brokerage in 2019. She is the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career: The 2017 and 2020 “Entrepreneur of the Year” awards from the Women’s Council of Realtors®; “Shortest Days on Market” and “Highest Average List-To-Sales Price” awards from her brokerage in 2019; and “The Extraordinary Award,” given to agents with more than $15 million in annual sales volume in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Allison was awarded top single agent in 2021 with $89 million in sales volume. She was nominated by her peers to serve on Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty’s Leadership Council in 2021. In 2022, Sotheby’s International Realty chose Allison to speak in the Master Class on how agents have enhanced their businesses by sourcing leads from their spheres of influence and converting digital leads. Allison was approached by Compass at the end of 2021 offering her the opportunity to expand her business with Compass on 30A. She chose to transition her business with Compass in November of 2022.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, decorating, spending time outdoors, and riding her horse. She and her husband, Scotty Lisenbe, have a rescue dog, Burbot.
